Delivery

At Maxchips, we like to keep our customers happy and for deliveries to go as smoothly as possible. We aim to get your delivery to you within 3-4 working days of order (3-5 days for pallet deliveries).

For a specifically timed delivery, premium next day, out of normal working hours or out of delivery zone please contact us for a quotation.

Access

Our nationwide delivery service is carried out by our delivery partners usually Fedex and Palletways.

Please note that parcels may be separated in transit; however, you should receive tracking notifications from couriers regarding delivery times. 

Pallet Deliveries

Bulk, large volume & heavy items such as 0.84 cubic meters or 150kg and above are usually delivered on a lorry using a delivery network. Your order will be delivered on a pallet via a lorry with a tail lift so a minimum 2.8m vehicle access is required. The driver will have a manual handling truck and is not expected to move the delivery beyond the rear of the vehicle, but our drivers will help as much as possible when able to. The pallet is part of the item and will be left with the goods at the customer’s property.

A minimum of 2.8m width for vehicle access is required to the property with a flat, firm, solid & even surface – manual handling devices will not move on gravel, grass or soft areas

In the worst-case scenario, where access is restricted to the delivery vehicle, the order will be to delivered to kerbside only. Please contact us to discuss further prior to the dispatch of your order, if you are concerned.

The delivery will be scheduled with you for a convenient day by our delivery partners.

Box Delivery to your Doorstep

Smaller items will most likely be packed in boxes delivered via a courier service such as Fedex. They will deliver the packages to your doorstep, and you will usually receive text updates regarding the delivery of your order.
